Memoir Mastery Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

  • The Memoir Mastery Program includes access to the Make Memoir Magic online course and four weekly 1-hour 1:1 coaching sessions over the course of 4 weeks, starting the first week after date of purchase. This program is designed to provide comprehensive support as you work through the Make Memoir Magic course. 

2. Payment

  • Payment for the Memoir Mastery Program is due in full at the time of enrollment. Payment can be made via credit card. The total program fee is $1,200.00.
  • Payment plans may be available upon request. If a payment plan is agreed upon, the first installment is due at the time of enrollment, with subsequent payments due as scheduled. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the course and coaching sessions.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your enrollment in the Memoir Mastery Program within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once the program has started (course access granted and the first coaching session completed), no refunds will be issued.
  • If you need to reschedule any of the 1:1 coaching sessions, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited.

4. Program Access

  • Upon full payment (or the first installment in a payment plan), you will receive access to the First Module of the Make Memoir Magic online course. Course access is provided for life from the date of enrollment.
  • The four 1:1 coaching sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability. Sessions will be conducted virtually via Zoom.

5. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during the coaching sessions and in the course is confidential. I respect your privacy and will not disclose any details of your memoir or personal information without your explicit consent.

6. No Guarantees

  • While the Memoir Mastery Program is designed to provide comprehensive guidance, the outcome of your memoir project depends on various factors, including your commitment and application of the advice provided. I cannot guarantee specific results or the success of your memoir.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided in the Memoir Mastery Program.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, ideas, and concepts shared in the Memoir Mastery Program, including course content and coaching advice, are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By enrolling in the Memoir Mastery Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
